Module/Section: Agency Sign In

On the Agency Sign-in page, the following UI elements are missing:

• “Already Have an Account” text
• “Sign In” text
• Sign-in button

As a result, users are unable to clearly identify or proceed with the sign-in action, which breaks the expected authentication flow.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Navigate to the Agency Sign-in page.
2. Observe the presence of:
   • “Already Have an Account” text
   • “Sign In” text
   • Associated Sign-in button

Expected Result¶

The “Already Have an Account” text, “Sign In” text, and the Sign-in button should be visible and functional on the Agency Sign-in page.

Actual Result¶

The “Don't Have an Account” text, “Sign In” text, and the Sign Up button are not visible on the Agency Sign-in page.
