### Description
**Module/Section:** Agency Sign In
**Profile:** Agency
**Issue Category:** UI
On the **Agency Sign-in** page, the following UI elements are **missing**:
- **“Already Have an Account”** text
- **“Sign In”** text
- **Sign-in button**
As a result, users are unable to clearly identify or proceed with the sign-in action, which breaks the expected authentication flow.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to the **Agency Sign-in** page.
2. Observe the presence of:
- “Already Have an Account” text
- “Sign In” text
- Associated **Sign-in** button
### Expected Result
The **“Already Have an Account”** text, **“Sign In”** text, and the **Sign-in button** should be **visible and functional** on the Agency Sign-in page.
### Actual Result
The **“Don't Have an Account”** text, **“Sign In”** text, and the **Sign Up button** are **not visible** on the Agency Sign-in page.
