**Issue Description** On **mobile and tablet view**, clicking **“Register as Agency”** redirects to **Sign In** instead of the agency Sign Up page and shows **“User must be registered”** message. **Module / Page** Sign Up **Module Section** Navigation (Register as Agency) **Screen Size** Mobile, Tablet --- #### Steps to Reproduce 1. Open the site in mobile/tablet view. 2. Click “Register as Agency”. 3.
