Description

Issue Description
On mobile and tablet view, clicking “Register as Agency” redirects to Sign In instead of the agency Sign Up page and shows “User must be registered” message.

  1. Open the site in mobile/tablet view.
  2. Click “Register as Agency”.
  3. Observe navigation behavior.

Should navigate to the Agency Sign Up page.

Redirects to Sign In page and shows “User must be registered”.
