Description

There will be 3 types of Roles

  1. Manager
  2. Team Lead
  3. Developer

The following validation must be met for each role

  1. Managers will evaluate subordinate Team Leaders only.
  2. Team Leader will evaluate his/her Manager and his/her subordinate Developers under his/her team only.
  3. Developers will evaluate his/her Peer Developers under his/her team only and his/her Team Leader only.
