Issue Description
In the Agency Profile → Overview modal, the character counter is displayed but does not follow the slash format (e.g., 12/50) as specified in the requirements.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Agency Profile → Overview modal.
  2. Click on the Overview input field.
  3. Observe the character counter format.

Expected Result
The character counter should use the slash format (e.g., 12/50) consistent with requirements.

Actual Result
The character counter is shown without the slash, deviating from the expected format.
