1.If a quotation is in sent state and the expiry date is crossed, it will automatically move to cancel state.,
2.If a proforma is sent while the quotation is in sent state, then even after the expiry date, it will not be cancelled.,
3.After sending the quotation:,
After 3 days → activity goes to salesperson
After 5 days → activity goes to manager
