Issue Description
On the Signup as Agency page, when a field is triggered for validation, the icons inside the input fields turn yellow in the staging environment. According to the Lovable design, only the input field border should turn yellow while the icons should remain unchanged.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Navigate to the Signup as Agency page.
2. Click on any input field (e.g., Agency Name, Business Email, Password, Confirm Password).
3. Trigger a validation state (e.g., leave the field empty and move focus away / blur).
4. Observe the icon inside the input field.

Expected Result
When validation is triggered, only the input field border should turn yellow, while the icon inside the field remains unchanged, consistent with the Lovable design.

Actual Result
The icon inside the input field also turns yellow, which does not match the design specifications.
