Issue Description
In the Agency Profile → Portfolio modal, when the “Currently Working” checkbox in the Project Duration field is selected, validation messages incorrectly appear under the Start Month and Start Year fields displaying:
"Invalid input: expected string, received undefined".
This behavior is inconsistent with expected functionality, as selecting “Currently Working” should not require a start date and should not trigger validation errors.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Navigate to Agency Profile → Portfolio section.
2. Open the Add/Edit Project modal.
3. Go to the Project Duration field.
4. Click the “Currently Working” checkbox.
5. Observe the validation messages under Start Month and Start Year.

Expected Result
Selecting the “Currently Working” checkbox should not trigger validation errors for the Start Month and Start Year fields.

Actual Result
Validation messages appear under Start Month and Start Year, displaying:
"Invalid input: expected string, received undefined".
