Profile: Admin
Issue Category: UI

On the Agency Submission Review page, the Activity Timeline section displays an irrelevant UUID alongside the timestamp.
This information is confusing and not meaningful for users, impacting usability and clarity of the timeline.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Sign in as an Admin user.
  2. Navigate to the Agencies page.
  3. Open any Agency Submission Review page.
  4. Scroll to the Activity Timeline section.
  5. Observe the UUID displayed with the timeline entries.

Expected Result

The Activity Timeline should display only relevant information; internal/irrelevant UUIDs should not be visible to Admin users.

Actual Result

The timeline displays irrelevant UUIDs alongside timestamps, which is confusing for users.
