Description

Issue Description
On the Agency Profile page, in the Hourly Rates section, the alert/validation message displayed in staging does not match the Lovable design. In Lovable, a single combined message is shown covering both minimum and maximum rates, whereas in staging, a different or separate message is displayed. This results in inconsistent validation feedback.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the Hourly Rates section.
  2. Select or enter a range for the hourly rate.
  3. Trigger validation (e.g., by leaving fields incomplete or entering an invalid range).
  4. Observe the alert/validation message displayed.
  5. Compare the message with the Lovable design.

Expected Result
A single validation message covering both minimum and maximum hourly rates should be shown near the relevant fields, matching the Lovable design.

Actual Result
Staging displays a different message, not combining minimum and maximum validations as per the Lovable design.
