On the Agency Review page in the staging environment, the section is labeled “Primary Contact”. However, in the Lovable design, this section is labeled “Agency Information & Primary Contact”, resulting in a content and labeling mismatch.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Sign in as an admin user.
2. Navigate to the Agency Review page.
3. Observe the “Primary Contact” section in the right panel.
4. Compare it with the Lovable design.

Expected Result
The section should be labeled “Agency Information & Primary Contact”, matching the Lovable design.

Actual Result
The section is labeled “Primary Contact” in staging.
