Issue Description
In the Agency Management Table, the Actions dropdown displays a font size and dropdown card size that do not align with the Lovable design specifications. This causes visual inconsistency and affects overall UI uniformity.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Navigate to the Agency Management Table.
2. Click on the Actions dropdown for any agency entry.
3. Observe the font size of the options and the size of the dropdown card.
4. Compare them with the Lovable design specifications.

Expected Result
The font size and dropdown card dimensions should match the Lovable design, ensuring consistent UI appearance.

Actual Result
The Actions dropdown uses different font size and card dimensions compared to the Lovable design.
