On the Profile Edit view of the Agency Profile page, the icons and buttons in the header section display hover effects that do not align with the approved Lovable design specifications.

This results in inconsistent interaction behavior and visual feedback across header fields such as Cost, Year Founded, Timezones, and Language.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Navigate to the Agency Profile page.
2. Open the Profile Edit view.
3. Hover over header section fields such as:
   • Cost
   • Year Founded
   • Timezones
   • Language
4. Observe the hover behavior and visual effects.

Expected Result¶

Hover effects for all header section fields should match the Lovable design specifications, ensuring consistent interaction behavior and visual feedback.

Actual Result¶

The hover effects for header section icons and buttons do not match the Lovable design, resulting in UI behavior inconsistency.
