Description

Issue Description
In the Agency Management Table, selecting the “Rejected” status filter causes the counts for all other status options in the Status filter dropdown to reset to 0. These counts should retain their correct values based on the latest agency statuses, regardless of which filter is currently applied.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the Agency Management Table page.
  2. Observe the counts for all status options in the Status filter dropdown.
  3. Select the Rejected status filter.
  4. Observe the counts of other status options in the dropdown.
  5. Compare the displayed counts with the actual/latest status of the agencies.

Expected Result
When the Rejected status filter is selected, the other status options in the dropdown should retain their correct result counts based on the latest data.

Actual Result
After selecting the Rejected filter, the counts for other status options reset to 0, even though agencies exist under those statuses.
