Description

Issue Description
On the Signup as Agency page, when a user first generates a password using the password generator, then removes it and enters a custom password manually, the copy password functionality does not work for the custom password. This breaks expected user behavior and usability.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to the Signup as Agency page.
  2. Generate a password using the password generator.
  3. Remove/delete the generated password.
  4. Type a custom password manually.
  5. Click the copy password button.

Expected Result
The copy button should copy the custom password entered by the user.

Actual Result
The custom password cannot be copied after previously using the password generator.
