Key Issues Identified¶

• Agency Sign Up

  • Unexpected warning message for Agency Name input when numeric values are entered (message formatting inconsistency).
  • Password requirement “No space allowed” shows as valid (green) before any user input.
  • Copy button does not work for custom passwords after using the password generator.
  • Inconsistent behavior between Password and Confirm Password fields after generating and editing passwords.
  • Invalid email validation does not trigger correctly on focus change.
  • Hover effect on “Sign Up as Agency” button shows underline, inconsistent with Lovable design.
  • Blue input field color contrast does not align with Lovable design guidelines.

• Agency Sign In

  • Missing UI elements: “Already Have an Account” text, “Sign In” text, and Sign In button.
  • Incorrect password error message styling does not match Lovable design.
  • Hover effect on “Forgot Password” link shows underline, inconsistent with Lovable design.

• Forgot Password / Reset Password

  • “Back to Login” text is incorrect; should be “Back to Sign In.”
  • Undesirable underline hover effect on “Back to Login” button.
  • Reset Password card position does not align with Lovable design.

• Create New Password

  • Incorrect subtitle text referencing “Algonyx Admin account” instead of “Algonyx account.”
  • Password validation allows non-compliant passwords to be submitted.
  • Confirm Password field is enabled even when New Password is empty or does not meet requirements.
  • Confirm Password warning appears while typing in New Password field.
  • Copy button is hidden for manually entered passwords.
  • Reset Password button border radius does not match Lovable design.
  • Blue theme background and input field color contrast do not align with Lovable design guidelines.

• Agency Profile / Profile Edit

  • Visual inconsistencies between current environment and Lovable/staging UI.
  • Missing instruction text for multiple fields (Specialties, Industries, Projects, Agency Info, Primary Contact).

Overall Remarks¶

• Multiple UI/UX inconsistencies with Lovable design identified across authentication and profile flows.
• Password generation and validation logic shows inconsistent and incorrect behavior.
• Several issues impact usability, clarity, and design consistency, requiring attention before release sign-off.
