Issue Description
A “Hire Talent” button is displayed in mobile view but is not present on desktop or tablet, causing inconsistent UI across devices.

  1. Open Sign Up page on mobile view.
  2. Observe available buttons/actions.
  3. Compare with desktop/tablet.

Expected Result
UI elements should be consistent across devices unless intentionally different.

“Hire Talent” appears only on mobile.
