Description

On the Still Need Help page, form fields show a different hover behavior compared to other pages. Some pages use a bold border on hover, while this page removes the border, causing inconsistency.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the Still Need Help page.
  2. Hover over the form input fields.
  3. Compare hover behavior with form fields on other pages.

Expected Result

All form fields across the application should have a consistent hover effect.

Actual Result

Hover effects are inconsistent; this page removes the border instead of highlighting it.
