Description

In the Header, the User Icon cannot be accessed or focused using the keyboard Tab key. This creates an accessibility issue for users who rely on keyboard navigation.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the application in a desktop browser.
  2. Ensure the page is fully loaded.
  3. Use the Tab key on the keyboard to navigate through interactive elements in the header.
  4. Observe the focus behavior when reaching the User Icon.

Expected Result

The User Icon should be focusable and accessible using the keyboard Tab key, following standard accessibility guidelines.

Actual Result

The User Icon cannot be traversed or focused using the Tab key.
