Issue Description
When using the Forgot Password feature, the system displays an alert message stating "Forgot Password failed" even when the entered email address is associated with a valid existing account.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to the Login page.
  2. Click on the Forgot Password option.
  3. Enter an email address that is already associated with a valid account.
  4. Submit the request and observe the alert message.

Expected Result
If the email address exists, the system should display a success message indicating that password reset instructions have been sent to the registered email address.


Actual Result
An alert message stating "Forgot Password failed" is displayed despite the email being valid and associated with an existing account.
