Issue Description
When a user attempts to remove a car from the Favorites section by clicking the wishlist icon, the system displays a generic message "Content updated successfully", but the item is not removed from Favorites.
Similarly, on the product listing page, if the wishlist icon appears unfilled, the car still remains in Favorites, leading to inconsistency and user confusion.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the application on any device.
2. Navigate to the Favorites section on the Dashboard.
3. Click the wishlist icon on a car to remove it from Favorites.
4. Observe the success message and the Favorites list.
5. Navigate to the product listing page and observe the wishlist icon state for the same car.

Expected Result

• Clicking the wishlist icon should remove the item from Favorites immediately.
• A clear confirmation message should be displayed, such as "Car removed from your wishlist".
• The UI should update instantly, including the wishlist icon state and Favorites list refresh.

Actual Result

• A generic message "Content updated successfully" is displayed.
• The car is not removed from Favorites.
• Wishlist icon state and Favorites list remain inconsistent.
