Description

On the Profile Dashboard, the checkmark remains visible even after the "Update Notifications" button has finished loading. This creates confusion as the checkmark appears active despite no confirmed update action.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Log in to the application.
  2. Navigate to the Profile Dashboard.
  3. Locate the "Update Notifications" section.
  4. Observe the checkmark status while the button loads and after loading completes.

Expected Result

After the page finishes loading, the checkmark should remain unchecked unless the user explicitly updates notification settings.

Actual Result

The checkmark remains visible/checked even after the "Update Notifications" button has completed loading.
