Cart & Order Management¶

• Cart items are automatically removed after 15–20 minutes, even if the user proceeds to checkout but does not complete payment. Time limit is customizable.
• Fixed amount discount can be applied to a sell order at the time of creation.

Exchange & Pricing¶

• Users can exchange products after receiving them, including products with a different price.
• Changing the base price of a product does not automatically update the prices of its variants.

Analytics & Tracking¶

• ERP system provides user analytics, including:
  • Pages visited
  • Device type
  • Operating system
  • Browser
  • User IP address

Delivery & Checkout¶

• Delivery page includes an input field for users to provide additional information.
• Notification appears on cart, checkout, and delivery pages if a user attempts an order over 10,000 BDT.
• COD option is hidden or disabled for:
  • Orders over 10,000 BDT
  • Third-party products

Reports & Pages¶

• New report template provided by Joy bhai allows viewing customer orders.
• On the sponsor page, Estimated Cost is displayed correctly when creating an order.

Accounting & Sponsorship¶

• Expenses for sponsored products not displayed on the website are recorded in the accounts.
• Distributor form includes a file attachment facility.

Third-Party & Payment Handling¶

• Delivery charge for third-party products is credited to the third-party account.
• 1% COD charge is automatically paid to the delivery agency through the system.
• When an order contains both own and third-party products:
  • System calculates the cost of third-party products separately
  • System automatically pays the third-party vendor
