Email formatting standards dictate that email IDs should appear in lowercase to ensure readability and consistency with common usage conventions.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Open the PQS Japan staging website.
2. Navigate to the Sales Team Page.
3. Review the email addresses of the contact persons listed.
4. Observe that the characters are shown in uppercase.

Expected Result¶

All email addresses should be displayed in lowercase format throughout the website to match standard email UI formatting.

Actual Result¶

Email text is shown in uppercase, creating formatting inconsistency.
