On the Shipping Method page, the left sidebar filter overlaps with the footer section when scrolling to the bottom of the page.
This causes visual distortion and reduces usability, as the sidebar does not maintain proper spacing or layout boundaries.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Open the PQS Japan staging website.
2. Navigate to the Shipping Method page.
3. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where the footer begins.
4. Observe the left sidebar filter as you reach the footer.
5. Notice the overlap between the sidebar and the footer section.

Expected Result¶

The left sidebar filter should maintain appropriate spacing and should not overlap with the footer on any screen size.
The layout should remain clean, structured, and visually consistent.

Actual Result¶

The sidebar filter overlaps the footer when reaching the bottom of the Shipping Method page, causing UI clutter.
