Description

The About Us section in the navbar and the About Us section in the footer contain different menu items, resulting in inconsistent navigation.
Both menus differ in:

  • Link structure
  • Label names
  • Grouping and ordering
  • Overall menu content

This inconsistency can confuse users and creates a disjointed navigation experience across the website, especially when users access “About Us” from different entry points.

Screens: Desktop (≥768px), Tablet (425px–768px), Mobile (≤375px)
Tested By: Tasfia Zaima

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the PQS Japan staging website.
  2. Navigate to the navbar and open the About Us section/menu.
  3. Scroll to the footer and open the About Us section/menu there as well.
  4. Compare the items, labels, and grouping between the two sections.
  5. Observe the inconsistencies in structure and menu content.

Expected Result

Both the Navbar → About Us and Footer → About Us sections should:

  • Display consistent menu items
  • Use the same labels
  • Follow the same grouping and structure
  • Align fully with the finalized sitemap and Figma design

Any additional or unique links should be clearly categorized and documented.

Actual Result

The About Us sections differ significantly between the navbar and footer, leading to navigation inconsistency.
