The TikTok and Instagram icons in the header are non-functional.
Clicking these icons results in no action, indicating that the social links have not been assigned or integrated properly.
This affects user navigation to social platforms and breaks expected functionality.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Open the PQS Japan staging website.
2. Navigate to the header section.
3. Click on the TikTok icon.
4. Click on the Instagram icon.
5. Observe that neither icon redirects or performs any action.

Expected Result¶

Both TikTok and Instagram icons should contain active links and redirect users to the respective social media pages.

Actual Result¶

The icons have no functionality—clicking them produces no response or redirection.
