Description

Objective:
Conducted exploratory testing on newly integrated tools to identify missing functionality and design gaps affecting the Ajaxio website.

Key Findings (List View):

  • Missing section for updating TaaFT design configuration
  • "Update Design" / "Save Template" button completely absent in the tool editor
  • No option to modify or refresh TaaFT component styling from the Ajaxio dashboard
  • Changes made in the external TaaFT tool are not reflected in real-time on Ajaxio
  • Critical impact: All Ajaxio tools using TaaFT components now display outdated or broken data visualization
  • Affected components: Charts, comparison tables, pricing cards, feature grids
  • User impact: Inconsistent branding and incorrect data shown to end users
  • Root cause: API sync missing + frontend integration incomplete
  • No error message or fallback UI when TaaFT data fails to load
  • Design override capability (colors, fonts, layout) is completely non-functional
