The breadcrumb behavior is functioning as designed based on the current SEO-driven URL architecture.
Category pages display a hierarchical breadcrumb (e.g., Products → Men’s Clothing → Men’s T-Shirts), but when navigating into a product page, the breadcrumb intentionally switches to “All Products → ”.
This behavior is not a defect but a direct consequence of the SEO rules recently implemented.
