Description

Post release issues and improvements:
1. When a tool is bookmarked, in the mini toolcard, the bookmark icon should be visible.
2. Enhance the back button initial style.
3. Add actions for the rating, comment and bookmark icons in mini toolcard footer.
4. Display only the approved tools in the landing page.
5. Initially items per page will be 12 instead of 10 in public pages.
6. Add recommended tools in the landing page.
7. Display latest instead of date in the sort by dropdown.
