Issues found from Dev testing:¶

• 1. Allow the user to collapse the search suggestion bar by pressing ESC
• 2. Reset the selected tool in the suggestion bar after the suggestion bar is collapsed and reopened
• 3. Add category page navigation link within the tool summary category
• 4. The application should also scroll the suggestion bar when the input search contains values
