Currently, there is no system to track individual sales officers' performance metrics (e.g., orders processed, success rate, average handling time). This makes it impossible to monitor productivity or identify training needs.
Problem Examples:¶
- Cannot view which sales officer handled which orders
- No visibility into individual conversion rates
- Unable to track pending/completed sales per user
