Description

The tool submission form has critical accessibility issues that prevent keyboard-only users from interacting properly. Key problems include:

  1. Date Picker:
    • Focus jumps to the top of the page when selecting a year.
    • Calendar does not close after selecting a date via keyboard.
  2. Text Editor:
    • No keyboard-accessible way to exit (e.g., Esc or Tab fails).
