We are preparing the Product Requirements Document (PRD) for the project to define the key functionalities, user flows, and technical specifications. This process involves research, discussions, and collaborative drafting.

Tasks Involved:¶

1. Researching Competition Sites

   • Analyzing competitors' websites to understand their features and user experience.
   • Identifying unique selling points and industry best practices.

2. Gathering Features/Functionalities

   • Listing essential and optional features for our product.
   • Categorizing features based on priority and user impact.

3. Discussions with the Leader

   • Aligning expectations and requirements with the leadership team.
   • Finalizing the core objectives and business goals.

4. Collaboratively Preparing the PRD

   • Drafting the PRD with detailed sections (Homepage, Search, Dashboard, etc.).
   • Iterating based on feedback from stakeholders.

Expected Outcome:¶

• A comprehensive PRD that outlines the product vision, core functionalities, and user interactions.
