### Description **Module/Section:** Create New Password **Profile:** Agency **Issue Category:** Functional On the **Create New Password** page, the **password validation is not working as expected**. The system allows a password that does **not meet the defined password requirements** (e.g., minimum length, complexity rules) to be submitted successfully. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Navigate to the **Create New Password** page. 2. Enter the password **`A@dmin123456789`** in the password field. 3.
