On both the **Forgot Password** and **Reset Password** pages, the **“Back to Login”** button shows an **underline effect on hover**, which is inconsistent with the approved **Lovable design**.
According to the design specification, the hover interaction should rely on **color contrast changes only**, and no underline should appear.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Navigate to either the **Forgot Password** or **Reset Password** page.
2. Hover the mouse cursor over the **“Back to Login”** button.
3. Observe the hover visual effect applied to the button.
### Expected Result
On hover, the **“Back to Login”** button should:
- Change color contrast only
- **Not display an underline**
- Remain visually consistent with the **Lovable design**
### Actual Result
On hover, the **“Back to Login”** button displays an **underline effect**, which does not match the **Lovable design**.
