**Module/Section:** Agency Profile → Edit agency name **Profile:** Agency **Issue Category:** Functional In the **Algonyx URL** field, the validation message **“URL is available”** is displayed even when no input is entered, which is misleading. Additionally, the **duplicate URL validation message** does not match the **FRD**. This behavior may confuse users and does not align with the defined functional requirements. ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Navigate to the **Agency Profile** page and click the **Edit** icon. 2. Go to the section containing the **Algonyx URL** field. 3. Enter any value in the field. 4. Remove the entered value completely. 5.
