The **email address** displayed in the navbar is shown in **uppercase**, which is incorrect. Email addresses should always appear in **lowercase** to maintain formatting consistency and follow standard conventions. **Screens:** Desktop (≥768px), Tablet (375px–768px), Mobile (≤375px) **Tested By:** Tasfia Zaima --- ### Steps to Reproduce 1. Open the PQS Japan staging website. 2. Look at the **email address** displayed in the navbar. 3.
