**Description:** 
 Design the filter section using **shadcn/ui** with proper responsive behavior. 

 ### Tasks: 

 1. Use **shadcn/ui components**: 

    * Command 
    * Popover 
    * Input 
    * Checkbox 
    * Button 

 2. Implement consistent **UI styling** across home, all-stock, stock-list, truck stock, and Korean stock pages. 

 3. Ensure responsive layout . 

 4. Keep components modular for reuse.
