Issue Description
In the Admin Profile → Sign In page, the "Remember me" checkbox is missing in the staging environment, whereas it is present in Lovable.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Sign In page in staging.
  2. Observe the available options under the Sign In form.
  3. Compare with the Lovable environment.

Expected Result
The "Remember me" checkbox should be available in staging, consistent with Lovable.

Actual Result
The "Remember me" checkbox is missing in staging.
