Issue Description
In the Agency Profile → Add Project modal, the character counter is displayed but does not follow the slash format (e.g., 12/50) as specified in the requirements.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Agency Profile → Add Project modal.
  2. Click on the input field for the project.
  3. Observe the character counter format.

Expected Result
The character counter should display in slash format (e.g., 12/50) consistent with the requirements.

Actual Result
The character counter is displayed without the slash, deviating from the expected format.
