Description

Issue Description
In the Agency Profile → Add Primary Contact modal, the footer occupies more space than expected. As a result, content in the modal gets hidden while scrolling, making it difficult for users to view and interact with all fields properly. This is a UI/UX layout issue.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Agency Profile → Add Primary Contact.
  2. Open the Add Primary Contact modal and verify the email that will cause a few more fields to open.
  3. Scroll through the modal content.
  4. Observe the footer space and visibility of content above it.

Expected Result
The modal footer should occupy minimal necessary space, allowing all modal content to be visible while scrolling.

Actual Result
The footer takes excessive space, causing content to be hidden before reaching the footer during scrolling.
