Description

Issue Description
In the Admin Profile → Agency Management (Search Agencies) section, a loading indicator appears inside the search input field while typing. This behavior occurs during typing and may give the impression that a search is being triggered prematurely, disrupting the user experience and causing confusion.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Admin Profile → Agency Management.
  2. Click on the Search Agencies input field.
  3. Begin typing an agency name.
  4. Observe that a loading indicator appears inside the input field while typing.

Expected Result
There is no loading indicator in lovable.

Actual Result
The loading indicator appears during typing, giving the impression that the search is triggered prematurely.
