Issue Description
In the Agency Profile → Timezones section, when adding a primary timezone, ticking the checkbox for each timezone allows multiple timezones to be set as primary.Here only one timezone should be allowed as primary at a time.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Navigate to Agency Profile → Timezones.
2. Add a timezone and tick the Primary checkbox.
3. Add another timezone and tick the Primary checkbox.
4. Observe that multiple timezones are now set as primary.

Expected Result
Only one timezone should be allowed as primary. Selecting a new primary timezone should deselect the previous one.

Actual Result
Multiple timezones can be set as primary simultaneously.
