Description

Issue Description
On the Agency Profile → Specialities and Industry Expertise section, after adding a speciality or industry, the + edit icon should change to an edit pen icon according to the Lovable design. In the staging environment, this icon change does not occur, resulting in inconsistent UI behavior and reduced visual feedback for the user.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Navigate to Agency Profile → Specialities or Industry Expertise section.
  2. Add a speciality or industry.
  3. Observe the + edit icon.
  4. Compare the icon behavior with the Lovable design.

Expected Result
After adding an item, the + edit icon should dynamically change to an edit pen icon, providing visual feedback as per the Lovable design.

Actual Result
The icon does not change in the staging environment.
