When uploading a PDF via a direct link, the system’s compression features fail to function correctly.
Even when the compression process appears to succeed, the download option is not displayed, preventing users from obtaining the compressed file.
Steps to Reproduce¶
- Upload a PDF file via a direct link (not local file selection).
- Attempt to use any compression feature offered by the system.
- Observe that compression either fails or completes without enabling the download option.
Expected Result¶
The compression process should successfully compress the PDF and display a download option for the user to obtain the compressed file.
Actual Result¶
Compression either fails or completes, but the download option is not displayed.
