Issue Description
On the Agency Profile page, when opening Edit modals for Agency Name, Cost, Year Founded, Languages, Employees, Overview, or Primary Contact, the input fields are not automatically focused and the existing text is not pre-selected. According to the Lovable design the fields should be auto-focused with all text selected.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Sign up as an agency user.
2. Navigate to the Agency Profile page.
3. Open any Edit modal for:
   • Agency Name
   • Cost
   • Year Founded
   • Languages
   • Employees
   • Overview
   • Primary Contact
4. Observe the input field behavior.
5. Compare with the Lovable design.

Expected Result
When the modal opens it should act like that of lovable design

• The input field should be auto-focused.
• The existing text in the field should be pre-selected, allowing immediate editing.

Actual Result
The input fields are not auto-focused, and the text is not pre-selected.
