[SQA] Font size and color contrast mismatches on Agency Review page compared to Lovable design

Description
On the Agency Review page, the font size, font color, and overall contrast in multiple sections (as marked in the provided screenshot) do not match the Lovable design specifications, resulting in inconsistent typography and reduced visual alignment with the approved UI.

Steps to Reproduce¶
- Sign in as an admin user.
- Navigate to the Agency Review page.
- Observe the text in the various marked sections.
- Compare the font size, color, and contrast with the Lovable design specifications.
Expected Result
All text in the marked sections should have font size, font color, and contrast exactly as defined in the Lovable design.
Actual Result
Multiple sections show typography differences (font size/color/contrast) compared to the Lovable design.
