Issue Description
In the Agency Management Table on the Admin Profile, the status boxes/badges (such as “Pending Approval,” “Rejected,” etc.) displayed in the staging environment do not match the shape and styling defined in the Lovable design specifications. This includes differences in border-radius and overall visual appearance.

Steps to Reproduce¶

1. Navigate to the Agency Management Table in the staging environment.
2. Observe the status boxes labeled “Pending Approval,” “Rejected,” and other statuses.
3. Compare the shape and styling of these boxes with the Lovable design.

Expected Result
Status boxes should have the same shape, border-radius, and styling as specified in the Lovable design.

Actual Result
The shape and styling of the status boxes differ from the Lovable design specifications.
